Tennis Camera App is the app at app.tenniscamera.app and the Tennis Camera App for Android on Google Play, which opens the same app. This page says what it keeps about you, why, and how to have it deleted.

Your videos never leave your device

The app finds points and makes exports and shorts on your phone or computer. Videos, the points found in them and the files you export are never uploaded to us or anyone else. The choices you make for each video (which points you keep, where they start and end) are saved in your browser on that device.

What we keep

• Your account: your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. We use them to sign you in and to keep your trial and licence with your account.
• Sign-ins: for each signed-in device, a session with its IP address and browser name, kept until you sign out or it expires. Sign-in codes we email you last ten minutes.
• Your licence: if you activate a licence key, the key and when it was last checked.
• The waitlist: if you joined the waitlist on tenniscamera.app, your email address and when you joined. To stop abuse, the sign-up form counts attempts per hour by a one-way hash of your IP address; the counts are cleared each hour.

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it except with the services below that run the app for us.

Services we use

• Cloudflare hosts the app and the site, stores the account information above and sends the sign-in emails.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with Google, and Google Fonts, which serves this site's fonts and sees your IP address when it does.
• Polar (polar.sh) sells and issues licence keys where they are on sale. When you buy one, Polar handles the payment under its own privacy policy, and we check the key with Polar when you activate it and now and then after that.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time: open the menu with your email address at the top and choose Delete account. That removes your account, its sign-ins, trial and licence straight away. You can also email us to have it deleted; see Delete your account. To leave the waitlist, email us.

Children

Tennis Camera App is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly keep information about them. If you think a child has made an account, email us and we will delete it.
